On May 24th, 2021 I left home on a one-way flight from Toronto to Amsterdam. I didn’t have a plan, I didn’t know where it would lead…I just knew I had to go, and had a calling in my heart to one day live in Italy. This is the journey I’ve taken since that day and all I continue to learn along the way.
DESERVINGNESS
We often don’t think we deserve things when they get good, yet have no problems accepting the ‘not so good’ times, and take that as the default setting in life. But whenever I experience moments like this I always think back to a quote I heard from Gabrielle Bernstein….“How good are you willing to let it get?”.
Expedition of the Heart
All of our journeys are simply a process of steps. Sometimes we move forward, sometimes we move backward, but as long as we never give up the process teaches us what it means to listen to our hearts and to trust ourselves
